In exchange for participation in the interactive entertainment activities organized by DARK ROOM ESCAPE GAMES and use of its property, facilities, and services.

I agree to the following:

1. I recognize that there are certain significant risks associated with the interactive entertainment activities organized by DARK ROOM ESCAPE GAMES. These risks include, but are not limited to, serious bodily injuries and/or psychological harm caused by involvement in a stressful environment that may require some physical exertion. I agree to assume full responsibility for any personal injury I may sustain in connection with participation in interactive entertainment activities organized by DARK ROOM ESCAPE GAMES, and I release and discharge DARK ROOM ESCAPE GAMES and its owners, employees, representatives, and agents from any liability for any injuries I may sustain, including injuries caused by the negligence of DARK ROOM ESCAPE GAMES or its employees, representatives, or agents. Agreed that nature of the games, people with heart conditions, asthma, anxiety disorders, PTSD, lights/sound sensitivity or pregnant women might choose to refrain from participating at your own risk and assume all responsibility for game play.

2. I agree to pay for all damages to the facilities of DARK ROOM ESCAPE GAMES caused by my negligent, reckless, or willful conduct.

3. All rights of the footages belongs to DARK ROOM ESCAPE GAMES and will not be publish without any Consent.

4. I agree to observe and obey all posted rules and warnings, and to follow any oral instructions or directions given by DARK ROOM ESCAPE GAMES or it’s employees, representatives or agents.

5. Once entered in the Games there is strictly No Refunds and Cancellations.

6. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE YOUR BELONGINGS UNATTENDED. MANAGEMENT AND STAFF IS NOT HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST ITEMS.

I CERTIFY THAT I HAVE FULLY UNDERSTAND THE CONTENT/DOCUMENT ON DARK ROOM HORROR ESCAPE GAMES. I AM AWARE THAT THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND A CONTRACT AND I SIGN IT OF MY OWN FREE WILL.
